Customer acknowledges that the use of the products and services specified above is subject to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Service Agreement found on the website where Customer receives the service. Customer represents and warrants that customer is acquiring the equipment, software licenses, and services for commercial purposes only. Customer represents that the information provided by Customer above is true and correct and consents to use of this information by Company or third party leasing companies for a credit check through various credit reporting agencies or other business available to furnish information on Customer's behalf. Customer's execution of this agreement merely constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase Products and Services from the Company. The Bundled Service Agreement can be cancelled after 24 months without further cost if the equipment is returned. If the equipment is not returned, there will be a charge of $100 per device. The cancellation must be in writing 30 days prior to the first of any month after the initial 24 months. If a credit card is provided above, Customer authorizes GPS TRACK USA, LLC to charge this credit card when charges are due. Customer also agrees to provide GPS TRACK USA, LLC with new information if the above account expires, is terminated, or otherwise fails to be valid. This authorization is to remain in full force and effect from the date of this contract and can be cancelled upon written notice to GPS TRACK USA, LLC at least 30 days prior to the next credit card charge. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this contract. This Agreement will not become a binding contract until accepted and signed by an authorized officer of GPS TRACK USA, LLC.
